2ND FLOOR TENANT LOUNGE
The second floor Tenant Lounge is access card controlled and is strictly for tenant use only. The Tenant Lounge contains the following reservable space areas: Fire Lounge, Gaming, Lounge, Town Hall, Patio.
Tenant Lounge spaces are reservable weekdays between the hours of 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please contact Building Management to get set up for making reservations through the Electronic Tenant Solutions work order system.
Refreshments are not provided by the building for any of these spaces. Please note - any catering or rental vendors will require a Certificate of Insurance that meets minimum building insurance requirements before reservation is approved by Building Management. If you have outside guests attending the meeting that are not from the building, checking out bathroom badges with security is required.
Fire Lounge - Room 226
The Fire Lounge is at the entry to the Tenant Lounge. It includes fireplace seating of a large sectional sofa which seats 8-10 people, a side chair with table, 4 movable side tables and 2 ottomans. It also includes a wooden bar height table that seats 6 along with a sideboard area for refreshments.
Gaming - Room 227
The Gaming area includes a settee and 2 side chairs with round coffee table, a group of 4 arm chairs with round coffee table, 2 bar height tables with 4 bar stools and a shuffleboard game.
Lounge - Room 228
The Lounge area is the seating group area in the space between the Town Hall and the Patio and contains the exterior entrance/exit to the Patio space. This seating group includes 2 couches, 2 side chairs, 4 movable side tables and a low wooden dining table that seats 8.
Town Hall - Room 229
The Town Hall Meeting Room is in the center of the Tenant Lounge space. It has glass walls and a double glass door entry. This room does have sheer curtains that can be closed or open for privacy. There is a raised stage area on the south end of the room for speaking engagements and there is a sideboard buffet for refreshments. Lighting has dimming options for presentations. Please contact Building Management if you would like to chat about lighting or A/V connections prior to meetings to ensure equipment is compatible.
Kitchenette - Room 232
The Kitchenette is at the back of the Tenant Lounge space and includes 3 dinette groupings and 1 high top wood table with 10 barstools for dining, a television and a sink, icemaker, and refrigerator for catering purposes. This area is not reservable as it is part of the Micro Market area which includes quick serve meals, drinks and snacks purchased on the honor system via a kiosk located in the market. This area also includes complimentary coffee via a gourmet coffee and hot chocolate dispenser. Please use provided cups with the dispenser when enjoying the coffee within the lounge area. The coffee machine is not intended for use for parties or hosted events.
Patio - Room 233
The Patio is proposed to be open middle of JULY 2019. It will include an exterior fireplace, several low seating groups, several bistro tables, and a couple of larger dining tables.
