Monthly you will receive a statement for any applicable charges such as rent, storage rent, operating costs, real estate taxes and any miscellaneous charges of services rendered or additional supplies requested, etc. This amount is due and payable on the first day of each month in accordance with your lease.

Ensure proper handling, please include remittance information and indicate the distribution of monies, as well as invoice number, name of company and suite number. If you have any questions regarding rent statements / payments, please call the Management Office at (612) 332-6300.
Note: Any payment not received after the fifth day of the month is considered delinquent. Keep in mind that whether or not a statement is received, rent is still due on the first of the month.
