Any work performed after hours or work that requires special access or instructions i.e. temporary change to the fire alarm system, use of the freight elevator, loading dock or added ventilation all require the completion of an Authorized Activity Report. This form can be found under the Forms tab at the Electronic Tenant Portal or by contacting the Management Office.
